After making my new One Blue Homescreen I felt like working with HTC Sense 5 Wallpapers some more and here is my new combo of Home- und Lockscreen: One Multi.
You can see my Lockscreen on the left side again, made with Widgetlocker. The slider is elu_miui, I think from this post by heavencanwait on XDA. This time its color is dyed (download). The clock is the UCCW Widget again an available here.
On the right side you can see the Homescreen with the same UCCW Widget and the Click UI Icons by KXNT. The wallpaper is a redyed HTC Sense 5 Wallpaper and available here. I also made this version, but decide to use the other.
The Launcher is Apex with 10*5 grid size.
